• Trusted delivery service providers are utilized for shipping, such as Wells Fargo and Uber Delivery.
• Samples can be delivered to your office or home at your expense.

4. Samples and Design Services:

• Customers can request samples of their work or designs before placing a bulk order.
• Design services are available, and samples can be produced upon request, subject to additional charges.

5. Use of Past Work for Marketing:

• We retain the right to use photos of completed work for marketing purposes.
• Customers provide consent for the use of their work for marketing upon making an order.

6. Refund and Returns Policy:

• Refunds are offered for orders that do not match the approved artwork by the customer, subject to certain conditions.
• Returns of eligible print items are accepted within 4 days for reprint requests.
