  • Refunds are offered for items/orders that do not match the approved artwork by the customer.
  • Eligible for refund: Products that deviate from the approved artwork, resulting in significant discrepancies.
  • Not eligible for refund: Products approved by the customer but later found to contain errors or discrepancies.

2. Refund Process:

  • Customers must notify us of any issues with their order within 5 working days of receipt.

  • We reserve the right to evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds may be issued in the form of a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue and the extent of the discrepancy.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5 working days.

3. Reprint Option:

  • In some cases, we may offer to reprint or reproduce the work instead of issuing a refund.
  • The decision to reprint or refund will be based on the specific circumstances of each case.

4. Return of Items:

  • Customers may be required to return the items in question to our office for inspection.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
