• Local Purchase Orders (LPOs): We accept LPOs from government institutions, NGOs, and medium to large companies.

2. Payment Terms:

• Full Upfront Payment: For orders below Ksh 30,000, we require full upfront payment before processing the order.
• Design Fees: Payments for design fees are required upfront and are non-refundable.

3. Pricing:

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes in pricing will be communicated transparently on our product pages.

4. Refunds and Returns:

• Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on eligibility, process, and timelines for refunds.
• Returns: We do not accept returns of products unless they meet the criteria outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Invoicing:

• Invoicing is conducted by Nventive Communication for all orders.
• Invoices are accessible under the “My Account” section for registered users.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to print and retain invoices for record-keeping purposes.

6. Delivery and Shipping:

• Delivery Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of delivery, which varies based on the destination and shipping method.
• Trusted Delivery Providers: We utilize trusted delivery service providers such as Wells Fargo, Uber Delivery, and other reliable parcel delivery services.

7. Samples:

• Delivery of Samples: Customers can request the delivery of samples to their office or home at their own cost.
• Sample Printing: We offer sample printing of work or designs before proceeding with full orders, subject to separate costs from bulk orders.

8. Payment Security:

• We prioritize the security of payment information and employ cryptographic protocols to safeguard sensitive data during transactions.
• Customers can trust that their payment details are handled securely and confidentially.
