- Design Fees: Payments for design fees are required upfront and are non-refundable.

- Trusted Delivery Providers: We utilize trusted delivery service providers such as Wells Fargo, Uber Delivery, and other reliable parcel delivery services.
7. Samples:
- Delivery of Samples: Customers can request the delivery of samples to their office or home at their own cost.
- Sample Printing: We offer sample printing of work or designs before proceeding with full orders, subject to separate costs from bulk orders.

- We prioritize the security of payment information and employ cryptographic protocols to safeguard sensitive data during transactions.
